Privacy policy

This page says what Boardman Ground Energy collects through this website and what we do with it. It is a sample for the owner to review and complete with their own details.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, phone, email, address and message you enter, and your answers about how the property is heated. If you text us a photo, it comes through your own messaging app and we receive it there.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, book the site visit and write your quote. We don't sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep a job's records for as long as the work, the permits and any follow-up visits need them, and other inquiries until we've replied and for a short time after.

Your choices

Ask us at the email address in the footer to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. The law may require us to keep some job records.
