Pricing
Every job is priced on paper, after we've seen the lot.
No two loops cost the same, so we don't print a price list. Here is what moves the number and what you get in writing.
What decides the cost
The loop type, total bore or trench length, soil and rock, rig access, the size of the heat pump, whether the ducts can be reused, permits and how much lawn is restored.
What the quote includes
The loop, the heat pump by model, the distribution, controls, permits, removal of the old system, restoration, start-up and a visit after the first season. How long the quote holds is on the page.
What it doesn't include
A new electrical panel, landscaping beyond bore pads and anything you add later. Each would be a separate quote.
What happens at the visit
We walk the lot and the mechanical room and measure the house. The visit is scheduled when you call, and its fee, if any, is stated before you book.
Who is responsible for what
The quote says what our crew does and what Fischer Drilling does, from the bores to the restored lawn.
When you get the number
After the visit and the heat loss calculation, in writing. We don't give a figure on the phone.
Your house, your number.
Book a site visit and we'll write the quote.
